Intercruises kiosks are operated in full collaboration with both cruise lines and port authorities
Collaboration - We work with cruise lines and port authorities to enable the most efficient and beneficial implementation of our kiosks, ensuring a minimal impact on onboard revenue and a positive experience for guests
Setup - Our central kiosk team oversees the roll out of each kiosk, including all administration and the kiosk purchase and maintenance
Locations - Already successfully operating in Bayonne, Baltimore, Galveston, Miami, Port Canaveral, Port Everglades and Seattle, with further locations in progress

We manage the entire kiosk operation, from inventory management to payment processing, according to all legal regulations
Inventory - We source, order and manage the volume of all items, liaising with suppliers and storing all stock in offsite locations
Staff - Kiosk employees are sales trained specifically for this role and manage the ongoing maintenance of the kiosk and related processes
Regulations - Accurate reporting and full transparency on costs and revenue, with processes adhering to all local and national retail, payment and tax regulations
Last-minute shopping
Guests can buy a range of items, from souvenirs and lanyards for their cruise pass or keycard, to items they may have forgotten at home, such as caps and sunglasses
